With a CIPD qualification and a specialism in learning and development, Tom supports clients in achieving their goals, bringing new ideas and insights that add real value to their organisations.

Since joining Vitro in 2022, they’ve combined strong expertise in Cornerstone and HiBob with hands‑on client-side experience bringing both technical know‑how and a practical understanding of the challenges organisations face.

Sarah joined Vitro from a regulatory healthcare and audit background, where attention to detail and accountability were essential. She brings strong organisational and communication skills, developed through supporting senior executives in fast‑paced environments.

At Vitro, Sarah supports the CEO and wider team with day‑to‑day operations, helping keep everything running smoothly while managing key tasks and projects.

Hemal is an experienced Integration and Solutions Architect with over 15 years in HRIS, specialising in complex integrations across platforms like Workday, Cornerstone, and SAP. He's worked closely with Mike for over a decade to help organisations connect systems, streamline processes, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that support real business outcomes combining deep technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Brian Jones

Senior Project Manager

Brian, our Senior Project Manager, works closely with clients across vendor selection, implementations, managed services, and both short‑term and multi‑year programmes. With a background in business analysis, software delivery, and supply chain, he brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to every project.

Having worked with Mike since 2007, Brian is technology‑agnostic and focused on what drives successful outcomes, supporting delivery across Cornerstone, CMS platforms, and Unit4 ERP projects.

Andrew is a Client Success Partner at Vitro with over 20 years’ experience in learning technology and HCM. With a background spanning Kallidus, SumTotal and Cornerstone, he combines deep platform knowledge with a genuinely relationship-first approach.

He works closely with clients to drive adoption, maximise value, and guide organisations through complex change. With roots in L&D and experience leading teams at the UK Home Office, Andrew brings both practical insight and a strong focus on the people behind the technology helping turn implementations into lasting success.
