Michael, or Mike, is the CEO of Vitro and works closely with clients to discuss and define their current and future HR ambitions across the talent management spectrum. Mike is great at helping clients break down large concepts into tailored projects, each fit for purpose and best delivered with a highly collaborative approach. All the while, maintaining an advisory role on wider programme areas of key importance such as employee experience, change management, business-as-usual support, project management and meeting your measurements of success.
Dieter serves as our Head of Technology and Innovation providing strategic Learning and HR leadership, driven by a passion for streamlining the learning experience.
With a wealth of expertise spanning two decades, Dieter has been instrumental in leveraging technology to propel learning forward in the Financial, Energy & Sustainability sectors. His extensive track record showcases adeptness in strategic leadership within the learning & HR realm, coupled with effective management of dedicated teams.
Dieter's past achievements include the successful implementation of comprehensive HR technology stacks, encompassing social learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (including Cornerstone), and skills-based capability frameworks. These initiatives have been aimed at enhancing the learning journey and empowering users to achieve more efficiently and at the highest standards.
Tom is Head of Client Engagement at Vitro which covers two key aspects: focus on maintaining and developing client relationships and using his experience as an implementation Consultant to lead solution ideation. Tom was a client within the construction industry before joining the team in 2018 and appreciates the importance of Vitro being a trusted partner.
Tom actively supports clients to achieve their goals, reviews Cornerstone’s latest developments and seeks out new initiatives for clients which add value, and make a real difference to their strategic operations. With a CIPD qualification, Tom specialises in learning and development and enjoys delivering a first-class relationship service.
Jenny is our Head of Transformation Experience. She joined Vitro in 2019, bringing with her a background in HR Technology from the financial services industry, where she successfully implemented and managed Cornerstone while obtaining CIPD certification. Jenny oversees our team of consultants, actively fostering a proactive approach to build confidence and resilience, and offering continuous support as needed.
Jenny is deeply passionate about harnessing technology's full potential. She excels at resolving challenges, be they related to processes or functionalities, all while remaining acutely aware of the change cycle. Her guidance empowers clients and project teams as they embark on their unique transformation journeys and embrace change.
Jamie is a Transformation Experience Consultant (TX), working with Jenny to lead clients with Cornerstone process, design, configuration and systems implementation. Jamie joined Vitro in 2022 after completing the deployment of Cornerstone within a global entertainment organisation.
His role covers implementation of the full Cornerstone suite as well as introducing new modules, optimising existing processes and discussing best practice scenarios.
Jamie’s background is in client-side implementation, meaning he understands and navigates the challenges clients may experience throughout delivery.
Gillian is a Transformation Experience Consultant (TX), and part of Jenny’s team. Gillian leads clients through process reviews, configuration designs and implementations of the Cornerstone products.
Gillian comes from a private and public sector background, with over 20 years’ experience in business support and analytical roles. Gillian has spent the last 15 years specifically in the HR sphere with an emphasis in learning technologies. She enjoys working with clients to identify business process improvements in conjunction with good systems governance helping them to reach their potential whilst supporting their strategic goals.
Rhianna is a Digital Marketing Assistant and HR Analyst. She leads the company’s marketing communications strategy by planning, creating VitroInspire events, web site content updates and implementing and monitoring our marketing campaigns.
In addition to campaign activity, Rhianna manages the social media channels and email activity on LinkedIn. Rhianna liaises closely with her Vitro colleagues to deliver valuable client insights, blogs and updates.
A keen observer of market trends, Rhianna reviews emerging technology in HR and shares her findings with the team.
Anah is a Transformation Experience Administrator (TX) at Vitro, helping clients with Cornerstone and product analysis.
Since joining Vitro, Anah has gained accreditations from Cornerstone CoreHR & Recruitment modules.
Anah works with our clients on a daily basis via our on-demand support service, as well as dedicating time to assist her colleagues in evaluating client systems for improved efficiencies which in turn adds value to their business processes.
As a Technical Solutions Architect, Mark helps clients and their partners to formulate technical solutions to help meet their business needs. He provides guidance on talent management data to mobile applications and intranets, how best to integrate talent management systems via API’s/data extracts to data warehouses for insights gathering, and integrations with other third-party applications such as payroll.
Mark also provides support for third party vendors working with clients who need to better understand the data and technical capabilities of their talent management systems.
Brian Jones
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Brian works with our clients on a daily basis, from vendor selection, implementations and business as usual on-demand support services, through short term projects to multi-year programmes.
Brian has a background in senior business analysis, software delivery, retail and supply chain, each helping him to evaluate, identify and create action-based task to ensure a successful delivery.
Brian has worked with Mike since 2007. He is application and technology agnostic; with key focus on project delivery. This allows Brian to deliver Vitro services across Cornerstone, Content Management Systems (CMS) and new implementations and upgrades of Unit4 ERP projects.
Sarah recently joined Vitro from the regulatory healthcare and auditing sector where accountability and attention to detail were key measures.
Working as an Executive Personal Assistant in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment has equipped Sarah with essential skills for organising and prioritising her work-load. Effective communication with Executives and stakeholders was essential for managing complex diaries and appointments through to organising meetings and preparing documents.
Sarah manages monthly project reporting processes with clients, and our own internal time-based reporting needs. In addition, Sarah is responsible for our internal HR processes and payroll, whilst supporting our senior leadership team and planning our key social events.
