Our History

Vitro was founded by Michael Halling in 2012. Mike has more than 25 years in business consulting, analysis, resource management, emerging technologies and delivery.

As a client Mike found suppliers were lacking in their capability to support complex change programmes. He found there was inadequate support when preparing for process and system changes, and a lack of information regarding the key milestones along the implementation journey.

Mike’s vision was to change this experience by ensuring Vitro delivered the high-quality service that he needed as a client.

The team at Vitro support clients as they embark on agile, people-rich change programmes by ensuring there is a structured and informed approach to embrace new HR technologies in this fast growing market.

Vitro was set up to deliver systems agnostic implementations and project management services.

In 2012 Mike joined Cornerstone as a strategic implementation partner to deliver high value projects for clients such as Velux, IKEA, Greene King, Merlin Entertainments, Admiral and Electrolux.

Vitro’s success has been driven by continually developing additional services and supplier relationships, bridging the gap between client and supplier.
